TCLC Staff

Rebecca Austin serves as our Minister of Music, accompanying the joyful singing of the congregation on the organ, directing our choir, and providing special music for our worship experience. She is a native of NH and earned her Bachelors degree in Piano Performance and a Minor in Education from the University of New Hampshire.  Rebecca enjoys teaching piano lessons to people of all ages around the Seacoast along with accompanying choirs and directing the PMAC Prep Chorus in Portsmouth.

Scott Howard has served as the Pastor at Triumphant Cross Lutheran Church since 2015.  Scott was born and raised El Paso, Texas. He earned his Bachelors from the University of Texas with a degree in Asian Studies. He earned a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School and Institute of Sacred Music. Scott also earned a Master of Sacred Theology at the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia.  Pastor Scott was ordained into the Ministry of Word and Sacrament in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), and first served as the pastor of St Stephen in Marlborough, MA.

Ann Rowe serves as the Food Pantry Coordinator for the Bread of Life Food Pantry.  Ann grew up in Belmont, MA, and has lived in Londonderry for over 40 years.  She earned a Bachelor Degree in Elementary/General Special Education and a Master Degree in Learning/Language Disabilities.  She has worked in an insurance company, as a teacher, and upholsters airplanes too.  She was formerly employed at Triumphant Cross Lutheran Church for 13+ years as the office administrator.  Ann serves on the Worship Committee (Altar Care), Outreach Committee, as well as Crossroads Emmaus of New England.

Alison Trout serves as our Office Administrator. Alison grew up in Braintree, MA and moved to Salem, NH in 2007. She has worked in the collegiate environment, in municipal government, facility management, and other various para-church organizations.  She earned her Bachelors degree from Gordon College and her Master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University.  For 10+ years she owned her own professional organizing business.  Alison attends a local church body in Salem, NH, along with her husband and two children, where she serves with the Life Group Ministry.
